I am an Out of Network provider. For that reason, payment for therapy is due at the time of service. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker my services are eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company. It’s always best to call your carrier and discuss the process of seeking reimbursement, the structure of reimbursement, and the amount you can expect to collect from the insurance company. I will work with you to provide receipts/superbills and any other paperwork necessary as you work with your provider to secure reimbursement. The insurance game can be a pain, but with a little legwork my clients are often pleasantly surprised by the percentage of my fee that is covered.
