Getting Started in Therapy

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. Taking the first step often means talking about parts of your life you've kept to yourself for a long time—that takes courage. As a therapist serving clients throughout Pennsylvania, I've spent more than 20 years in private practice helping people work through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming.

My approach is compassionate and practical. I'm  grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel understood, respected, and supported. Together, we'll create a space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward the life you want. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin—you just have to be willing to take the first step.
